  • Nzwalo Investments (Pty) Ltd policy statement on employment equity is under printed by the following corporate values and objectives:
  • Recognition of the existence of other forms of discrimination (e.g. against women, disabled people etc.), but considering the magnitude of systematic discrimination against black people through apartheid policies as deserving primary consideration.
  • Commitment to an ongoing process of developing organizational ethos, and an innovative set of policies and procedures for staff empowerment. We recognize that employment equity is not an isolated event or program, but a process within our business operation. Ensuring that tokenism does not form part of our strategy.
    Our definition and policy statement on employment equity states:

“Employment Equity is a strategically planned process aimed at enhancing our corporate values and vision by positively contributing to a process of transforming socio economic environments which have led to the exclusion of disadvantaged groups from gaining access to opportunities, without losing sight of our mission statement, nor disadvantaging any individuals. We will seek to empower our own staff and support them to function in a competitive environment. We will also assist those communities which have been disadvantaged by apartheid in every possible way within our field of expertise”.



We are a multi-disciplinary Contracting Company. Nzwalo Investments cc t/a Lumacon Air Conditioning was established in 1987 and later registered in 1998. LUMACON has grown in leaps and bounds to become a viable, steadfast, robust, financially and technically sound company with a work force exceeding 60 permanent staff.
